Private coaching for the liminal space.

A space to bring whatever's here. Grief, longing, confusion, gratitude. We meet weekly or every other week over video, and tie each session back to the bigger question of what you want your life to feel like now.

01

What's included.

Sessions shaped around you.

We start with a free intro call. After that, sessions are shaped by what you bring: a focus topic, something you're sitting with, something asking for attention. Somatic practices, breath work, and values exercises come in when they fit. You always have a say in where we go.

Our process.

Step 01 Intro call. A free, 30-minute conversation. We talk about what you want to work on, what you're hoping coaching might open up, and whether this feels like a good fit for both of us. We also set the foundations: confidentiality, what you can expect, how we'll work.
Step 02 Discovery. Our first coaching session. A deeper conversation where we get clearer on the goals you want to work toward, and the shape of our coaching agreement.
Step 03 Ongoing sessions. Each session opens with a focus topic and what you're hoping to come out with. From there we might move into somatic work, reflection, or both. Exploration is always with your consent. You choose where we go.
03

What makes this different.

01

Wholeness.

Working with head, heart, gut, and body. Listening for what's rising before you have words for it.

02

A holistic practice.

Reflection, somatic practice, and breath work, blended thoughtfully and never imposed.

03

Forward motion.

Every session ends with something concrete: a clarity, a decision, a small commitment, all tied to the bigger story of the life you want to live.

04

Realness.

A space to drop the mask and show up exactly as you are. Grief heightens many emotions. All of them belong here.

05

The full spectrum.

Sadness, anger, denial. Also acceptance, appreciation, growth. Grief is rarely one emotion at a time.

06

Work between sessions.

The real work often happens outside our calls. I provide exercises and prompts for personal reflection time, so the process continues moving between sessions.

04

In their own words.

He consistently created a space where I didn't have to perform, fix, or figure it all out in real time. He helped me reconnect with my instincts instead of overthinking every move. I'd leave our sessions and finally move forward on decisions I'd been stalling on for weeks. His coaching helped me make decisions faster, be more myself, and feel way more confident as a leader.

David helped me through it expertly. Not just because he understands the challenges of navigating career changes halfway through your adult life. Crucially, he is deeply empathic, understands grief and how vital a role our emotional life plays in making decisions that are holistically good for us. I now have a crystal clear idea of what's important to me in life and in my work. While I don't have an exact roadmap, I do know what my north is.

His guidance helped me navigate the challenges of staff loss and a difficult work environment with clarity and resilience. Through his coaching, I regained confidence and built the skills to step into my dream role. I'm deeply grateful for David's insight, support, and encouragement.

David created a space where I could show up fully as myself. As two gay men, we connected on the importance of authenticity in corporate environments and how to build a career that supports both your ambitions and your identity. He helped me unpack what I truly value in a role, the type of manager and culture I need to thrive, and even long-term goals I hadn't really voiced before. Whether you are navigating change, trying to grow within your company, or want to find alignment between who you are and how you show up at work, David is the coach who will help you get there.

S.P.

My time working with David was very rewarding. He helped me build a better understanding of how happy I was across aspects of my life, and challenged me to take action on things I was putting off. I have newfound confidence to articulate the meaning behind my work and career, and frameworks to pull from as I step into my future. I'd recommend David as a coach to anyone, particularly for others who are so career-focused that they feel they're letting other parts of life slip by.

A.D.

David helped me recognize how I was sabotaging myself and empowered me to shift my focus toward my health and well-being. Through his coaching, I've not only gained clarity and motivation but also achieved a personal milestone of losing 20 pounds. Truly life-changing.

M.C.

His thoughtful, steady, and supportive coaching guided me through a period of profound uncertainty and confusion about my direction. He introduced visual frameworks and strategic guidance that helped me chart a clear path forward and, more importantly, helped me find the confidence to actually take action on it. I wholeheartedly recommend David to anyone navigating career transitions or feeling uncertain about their next professional steps.
