A space to bring whatever's here. Grief, longing, confusion, gratitude. We meet weekly or every other week over video, and tie each session back to the bigger question of what you want your life to feel like now.
We start with a free intro call. After that, sessions are shaped by what you bring: a focus topic, something you're sitting with, something asking for attention. Somatic practices, breath work, and values exercises come in when they fit. You always have a say in where we go.
